Our client is looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join a thriving multidisciplinary clinic located in South Morang. You’ll join a team of 15 therapists across Speech, OT, and Physiotherapy, with the option to work with paediatric or adult clients, depending on your preference! This role is suitable for a clinician who enjoys a flexible work-life balance and values a supportive team culture. What’s on Offer Competitive Salary of $85,000 - $115,000 (dependent on experience). Additional bonus structure in place for exceeding KPIs. Sustainable billable hours of 4-5 hours per day (includes travel, notes and admin time). Flexible hybrid working model with a mixture of community-based (no more than 30. minutes from the clinic/your home), clinic-based, school sessions and chance to WFH. A dedicated administrative team takes care of all your paperwork so you can focus on what you do best.
